Our stay was quite disappointing overall. While the location is convenient with nearby amenities and spacious rooms, the service was lacking, and there were serious issues during our stay. The misleading pet policy and an incident with the malfunctioning shower left a bad impression. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
The rooms were spacious, but the bathroom had some issues, particularly with a clogged sink.
Service was poor, especially at the front desk, where they seemed unresponsive and unhelpful throughout our stay.

My stay at the hotel started off rough, with strong insecticide fumes during check-in and a cramped, windowless room. The air conditioning barely worked, and I didn't feel safe. The amenities were basic with no breakfast included, making it suitable only for budget travelers.
